As the summer comes to an end, we thought it would be a good idea for us to round-up some of our BITE restaurants and talk about their happy hours and weekly specials. No one enjoys planning for back to school and work for all of you with school-year jobs. Let’s get out of that mindset and take some time throughout the week to enjoy a drink, appetizer or just a social time with some buddies.
Here at BITE, we love taking advantage of good deals and good food. Here are some recommendations for good bites at a good price in all of our featured neighborhoods.
Pacific Beach or “PB” as the locals might call it is home to more food and drink than one might imagine. PB often goes overlooked because of the “college scene”, but there is way more to this surf-city than college kids.
SD TapRoom: one of our more recent restaurants encompasses some of the best pub food and drinks around. Their happy hour takes place every Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00pm. There, you can enjoy $2.00 off appetizers, tap beers, wines and cocktails.
Sandbox Pizza and Pints: The Sandbox offers happy hour M-F with a bunch of different drink and food specials, but each day varies. One of the coolest parts of this place is their weekly Trivia. On Thursdays, come on in with your friends for trivia at 7:30pm, $4.00 Jameson and fireball shots, ½ off select drafts and a chance to win fun prizes!

Stuffed!: Stuffed!, San Diego, is part of the Liberty Public Market and was one of the original members of the Bite San Diego tour through the market. We don’t work with them anymore but that doesn’t mean their burgers shouldn’t get credit. This place ROCKS. A place that started as a food truck, they are now serving up gourmet burgers, tots and custom mac and cheese. They have an exquisite happy hour from 3:00-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday. Get the featured, rotating burger of the day for 50% OFF! (These things are loaded with mac and cheese) **Insert heart eyes here**
