Mothers – they love us unconditionally, made sure we didn’t skip school, and probably made us our first brunch. Mimosas not included. Without our Mothers, we literally wouldn’t exist so it seems silly that they’re only celebrated for one day when they’ve sacrificed so much for us. Mother’s deserve to be appreciated every day and every one of those days should include brunch. Mom’s love brunch (who doesn’t?) and the spots we’ve selected will make Mom feel as special as she really is. If you’re the Mom being celebrated just send this link to your kids!

Bottega Americano never disappoints. Named one of the Hottest New Italian Restaurants in the U.S. in 2014 by Zagat, mom will definitely be impressed. Bottega Americano will be hosting Roses & Rosé, a Mother’s Day brunch with $20 bottomless rosé to keep mom happy when the food hasn’t come out yet. The Mother’s Day menu will include Braised Pork Shoulder Hash, Spring Fusilloni, Oysters on the Half Shell, and so much more. Upon arrival, each Mother will be given a rose, just in case you forgot a gift. We recommend you try the Artichoke Benedict or Baked French Toast. Both are so good you may ask to stay at Bottega Americano until dinner.
Cafe Sevilla will be doing something a little different with their 9-course tapas brunch. The restaurant which is best known for its paella and basement dance floor will be offering the prix fixe menu for $29.50/adult and $20/child. The Mother’s Day menu includes Tortilla Española, Ceviche, Shrimp & Red Snapper, Datile, Lomo & Jamón Serrano Benedicts, Rioja Short Ribs and a Lemon Tart Custard. After 2 pm they will have their full menu, paella included, but make sure you get there in time to try all the delicious brunch tapas they have to offer.
If your mom is dieting she may want to opt for yoga before a morning of eating and drinking. Firehouse will be partnering with Bird Rock Yoga for Mother’s Day Yoga and Brunch . Your $25 ticket includes a yoga class, entree, and one mimosa. The yoga portion of the event will be held at Bird Rock Yoga at 8 am, 9:30 am or 11 am so mom can wake up early or sleep in. Once you get to brunch you will be able to pick from tasty brunch classics like the Croque Madame, American Classic, Lox Bagel or Avocado Toast. You really can’t go wrong with any of Firehouse’s brunch options, but we recommend the Churro French Toast for those with a sweet tooth. The brunch ends at 3 pm so make sure you don’t Namastay at yoga too long.
Pick one of these brunch spots and prepare to pamper Mom in style. Just don’t drink too many mimosas because Monday always comes after Sunday. Happy Mother’s Day!!
