Carmel Valley

Known for their authentic Italian cuisine and specialty cocktails, Amici’s Ristobar has been featured in many publications commending their quality and success, such as Ranch & Coast’s Best Restaurants in 2019 and Forbes Magazine. Their head chef, Chef Rhoelle Gabriel has worked with renowned Italian and French chefs and applies her skills by creating fresh, farm-to-table Italian food. We recommend that you start your meal at Amici’s with the Bruschetta, a rosemary bread topped marinated tomato, burrata, and balsamic dressing. For your main dish, we love the Linguine Frutti Di Mare Cartoccio, which consists of crab, mussels, shrimp, shallot, pomodoro, chili, white wine, and fresh herbs. In light of Father’s Day, Chef Rho will be serving an all-day Prime Rib special and offering exclusive deals on Hess Brewing Beers, like the Hazy IPA – so make sure to grab dad a pint (or two!)
